khas untuk mu...yONGG!!!!!
hi sayang,
i m now based in shenzhen for a project in Doha, which i will hv to also travel to rotterdam to coordinate and monitor. it's cool because this rotterdam arkitek is one of my world top 5 fav architects masa study dan kerja. but after i hv worked with these guys in rotterdam, nothing great also, altho thru the media and the boss' popularity, the client's allow dia "main design". Rotterdam is boring altho it is consider fairly new and modern, but nothing that great. I think i prefer amsterdam more, due to its uniqueness with waterways and mariguana. aiie ader call me, and he could not get the ticket to come straight away visit me...and promised to show me where to get the best call girls....hehehehehe.
I also made 2 day trips to Germany and Belgium. It was really rush because we have to rush for deadline and hv to work overnight. I wanted t goto Berlin and look for si Fatin, but could not la...so, I settled for Aachen, Koln and Dusseldorf...all coooool!!!! In Belgian, I did Antwerp and Brussels, having mussels and wine!! hehe.
well, i will be here in china for s short term, because i still hv some small projects in KL, so i want to be home. I dont want to be here for too long but i will see how it goes by the end of the term. I prefer to operate from KL, but because this is a once in a lifetime oppurtunity, i took it up jer.
So, u miss me tak?
kat sini, best gak, becasue everywhere is food, no problem and also halal food. BUT one thing for sure, all is in chinese, so, it is DAMN FRIGGIN tough for me...i always point blindly or say whatever i want and hope they have that on the menu. OR, i will look at the only picture they hv and point to that. Speaking chinese is not a prob, but to elaborate further is a bit tough, because it has to be baku. But it is also good, that it is near hongKong, so, canto is widely used, but still mandarin is the most common.
so, when r u coming over to look for me?
Shenzhen and china (its cities) really modern la. Serious. I am also impressed with people in the bus, offering seats straight away. I have witness this countless times. The population in Shenzhen altho, this is a new city, is so big, malls r packed like sardine everyday. I am quite impressed actually...better than Singapore many many times. Well, better than them, because at least, it is still quite humane while it is organize and civilized, modern so far. Malaysia really need to buck up...i m serious about this if we want to join the 1st world....KL is wayyy behind Shenzhen except the KLCC area, which i like more...hehehe. I love Malaysia and hope to be back, but hate to lie to myself that it is good enough. I think we can be better but first, I think we need to settle all these politics shit and 'getting rich fast mentality' apart from working hard with substance. Having connections and the phase of "who u know and not what u know" really makes me puke.
By the way, How is the kid in yr stomach? OK? say hi to him for me yeah?
yesterday morning, there was a storm, and i had to run out and got wet for at least...7 minutes...so I was soaked by the time i reached office. Now, i m down with flu...the weather has changed to winter altho it is really slightly cooler...everyone started wearing sweater.
I hope u will keep warm and keep in touch. Send my regards to your abang....
from your abang,
