I am going for a weekend break to Kuantan tomorrow and playing a match of friendly tennis with the tennis gang over there the day after. We will be playing at the MPK tennis courts.
As i am not familiar with the town, can anybody suggest to me what to look for, where to go, must eat food, where to take the kid, must-buy items for ole2 etc etc.
I will definitely look for sata ikan and keropoks but other than that, what, huh?

there is a beach in kuantan which is quite nice and there is also a playground in the middle of the town where u can take the kid to jaln2 and walk around. food is everywhere and the thai influence happens there too. i think u can get some keychains from woodbark and get NILKI's or AIIE's name engrave(more like written) on it. or maybe u can also get a keychain made from psedo pewter of our famous twin towers..... hehe.
