What? What?

At about 5:15pm yesterday,

It was pouring but mobile police were patrolling around KLCC area. Was there any terrorist threat? Oh no....
FRUs were there too. Whats happening? Authority was expecting a riot or somewhat?

What on earth were these people thinking cycling under the torrential rain?

Party in the rain? Gila ker haper.

Suddenly, everything stopped. Even the cyclist were in awe.

Even the crowd were in daze. Looks at the party-goers, they stopped too..!! Everybody looking at the same direction.

Police and soldiers were running. Why why?
(if you look closely, nearby the middle palm tree, you'l see someone is carrying a torch)
It's Olympic torch run..!!! Woohoo.... she's back on our soil after 44 years. This was the best pic i can muster. By the time, they reached the handing over ceremony stage near the KLCC water fountain area, there were too many fans already wanting to catch a glimpse to the Athena torch.

Police escorting the torch run delegate while preventing any untoward incidents to the event.

sometimes, i really m ashamed to be chinese. i think the way the chinese behave from my limited observations from the media on this torch run is appalling and i hv no idea why the police would act agaisnt a lone or minority and peaceful pro-tibetans instead of rough and thugs like chinese supporters.

those governments really kiss ass.

There's definitely too much security during the torch run and i actually thought that the police were preparing security for some kind of riot or mass gathering or even a any so-called terroris threat.

I only realised it was the Olympic torch run when i saw people wearing the Beijing Olympiuc Games t-shirt.

I heard even those wearing t-shirt with the word "Liberty" got apprehended without being questioned.
