Working Trip 4

That's popia skin from breakfast.

Fill-up serunding generously in the center. Roll it into a cylinderical wrap.


That's dinner for me.

Make another four of these plus meal replacement drink (MRD) and gulp two litres of warm water. That should keep me satiated and carry me through the nite. i'm full... literally... haha
